Creating Visual Art with AI
Art created using machine learning frameworks, an application of artificial intelligence, is increasingly being explored in the field of generative computer art today. This workshop will take you through a brief introduction on the processes behind popular machine learning frameworks, what kind of “AI art” is being made today, how to generate your own machine-learned visuals using the tools available online, and methods of transforming them into your own artwork.

Intro to Projection Mapping
Projection mapping is a fun visual technique that creates depth in the surfaces of objects and buildings to bring them to life. Learn the basics behind projection mapping installations, prepare your own surface using materials provided by the instructor, make your own visuals (or use ones provided), and with the provided projectors, learn how to map these visuals onto surfaces using TouchDesigner.

Creating 360° Content
Immersive 360° images and videos are increasingly being used to capture and tell stories about the world around us. Have you ever wondered how 360° content is created and how you could make your own? With this workshop, learn the current trends in the medium of 360°, create your own images and videos with a 360° camera provided by the instructor, edit your own content in various programs, and upload them online to be viewed on a laptop or the phone.
